Delight in a four-course meal prepared by Executive Chef David Caban, inspired by Spring in Japan. Each course expertly paired with a Japanese beverage.
Your host Patrick Ellis, President of Blue Note Wine & Spirits, was honored with the title of Sake Samurai in 2018 by the Sake Brewers Junior Council of Japan--the first year that someone based in Canada was bestowed with the title.
With only 70 Sake Samurais worldwide, Patrick is bestowed the privilege and responsibility of building sake culture across Canada and abroad.
During the pairing dinner you will taste products from Iwai and Dassai amongst many others. The menu will contain meat, gluten, dairy and soy.
